Pastor Milagro “Millie” Lugo is a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, yet her true and full identity is found in her Savior, Jesus Christ. Embracing her pastoral calling, she founded 23rd Psalm Church Ministries and has faithfully pursued God’s vision for His people.

She is a conference speaker, Bible teacher, and former radio host of La Voz en el Desierto. Pastor Millie is also preparing to launch S.R.S. Academy of Faith University, an online Bible and ministry school dedicated to equipping leaders for Kingdom service. Her passion for outreach compels her to touch her community with the transforming love of Christ.

Together with her husband, Rick, she has been blessed with four children, fourteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Pastor Millie models her life after the Proverbs 31 woman, balancing ministry, family, and service with grace. As an accomplished chef with more than 40 years of experience in restaurant management and catering, she has developed a specialty in fusion-style cooking and pioneered her own Nuevo Cuisine recipes for healthy living.

When she is not preaching or teaching, Pastor Millie oversees Esther’s Banquets, Event Planning & Wedding Services, a vision inspired by one of history’s most remarkable women. Queen Esther, an orphan raised in obscurity, rose to become Queen of Persia and courageously saved her people from destruction. Her story stands as a timeless reminder of what a woman can achieve when driven by faith and love.

At Esther’s Banquets, the vision and mission extend far beyond hosting events. It is a ministry dedicated to the well-being of the whole person. Through teaching programs, mentoring, and community support, Pastor Millie seeks to instill strong moral values that strengthen both family and community integrity. Like Queen Esther, she is committed to bringing forth the highest and best good for everyone, everywhere.
